Accounts Apprentice - Tally, GST AND Billing Role for Commerce Graduates
This apprenticeship is perfect for recent commerce graduates looking to kickstart their career in accounting. As an Accounts Apprentice, you’ll work alongside the finance team, gaining hands-on experience in billing, GST filing, invoice processing, and using Tally for day-to-day accounting tasks. This role offers strong foundational training for a long-term career in finance or accounting.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com / Commerce stream graduates (or final-year students)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Aadhar card required
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Recording daily transactions using Tally or other accounting software
- Assisting with GST entry, invoice generation, and tax filing support
- Preparing and organizing bills, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Reconciling accounts and supporting month-end reporting
- Coordinating with vendors or clients for billing-related queries
- Maintaining proper documentation and adhering to company audit practices
Program Structure
- 12-month paid apprenticeship with guided training and mentorship
- 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), 5 working days a week
- Online assessments conducted at 3 and 11 months
- Certificate jointly issued by the organization and government/industry body upon completion
