Accounts Officer
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare the monthly Ageing Report
- Generate an inventory report by month
- Prepare export documentation, including invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), etc
- Audit the scrap body camera frequently
- Perform a physical stock take when required
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Certificate or a Diploma in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or any other related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in accounting, finance, administration, etc
- Candidate must be able to speak Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers
- Possess own transport to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
