Ad Operations Specialist

Location: Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shift

Salary: Up to RM5,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across ad platforms. This role involves campaign setup, trafficking, QA, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting to ensure campaigns meet performance and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns in ad platforms (Ad Server / DSP)
  • Upload creatives and configure targeting (audience, frequency, etc.)
  • Perform QA checks before and during campaign launch
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimise performance
  • Generate performance reports and handle billing reconciliation
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
Requirements
  • 2–6 years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic / Campaign Management
  • Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking and optimisation
  • Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk
  • Strong understanding of campaign KPIs (CTR, pacing, delivery, conversions)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Excel (advanced), Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • Knowledge of CTV / OTT, video and display advertising
  • Familiar with tools such as Jira and Salesforce
  • Understanding of tracking, DMP, and data privacy
Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
