You will provide oversight of shipments of anti-skid material, deicing materials, and bituminous cold patch material to all county maintenance stockpiles to ensure materials meet specification requirements. You will further participate in the evaluation of new materials, conduct reviews to make recommendations for the approval of certain materials, and complete annual aggregate source re-qualification testing.
