Pre-Contract Responsibilities

Bill of Quantities (BQ): Assisting in the preparation of detailed BQ documents that outline the work items for tender Tendering: Helping to prepare tender packages, sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and performing cost comparisons to recommend awards

Post-Contract Responsibilities

Progress Claims: Verifying work done on-site and preparing monthly progress claims for clients or checking claims submitted by subcontractors. Variation Orders (VO): Identifying and measuring changes to the original scope of work (variations) and assessing their cost impact.

Site Inspections: Conducting site visits to verify work progress, perform on-site measurements, and attend site meetings.

Final Accounts: Assisting in the settlement of final accounts with both the client and subcontractors once the project is completed

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
