Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Review and prioritize open Accounts Receivable (AR) for patient collections </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Handle inbound patient calls and conduct outbound collections outreach </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on delinquent accounts </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to drive account resolution within target timelines </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Analyze, document, and manage key accounts and escalations </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Identify trends or issues and escalate to leadership as needed </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Deliver excellent customer service to patients and internal stakeholders sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Knowledge of NDC, ICD-10, HIPAA, and compliance regulations </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Understanding of collections practices aligned with FDCPA guidelines </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10px;">Experience in a call center OR voice-based role
