Construction/Project Manager

<p><strong>Job Title: Construction/Project Manager</strong><p>As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the entire construction project at an industrial site. Your role will involve ensuring the project is completed within budget and in compliance with safety protocols.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review and provide input on engineering information packages.</li><li>Facilitate project safety plans and oversee safety measures in the field.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate construction crews, tracking and reporting on project progress.</li><li>Actively manage project costs.</li><li>Facilitate and develop labor and material estimates, perform material takeoffs, and enter requisitions.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Construction management</li><li>Blueprint reading</li><li>Change order management</li><li>Request for Information (RFI) handling</li><li>Electrical and mechanical expertise</li><li>Industrial construction knowledge</li><li>Proficiency in MS Project</li><li>Familiarity with construction documents</li><li>Lean Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles</li><li>OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications</li><li>Construction scheduling</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field</li><li>Experience in scheduling and managing job costs</li><li>Industrial experience is a plus</li></ul><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
