Job Description:

  • Work closely with the Curriculum Innovation Manager to write clear, engaging, and academically grounded content
  • Use standardised templates to produce structured, high‑quality learning materials
  • Translate complex theory into practical, accessible learning experiences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, the quality team, and digital developers to ensure accuracy and engagement
  • Enhance commercial Leadership & Management offerings of KnowledgeBrief

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or aspiring to study at MA or PhD level in Business, Leadership, Organisational Development, HRM, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of leadership and management theory, with the ability to translate academic concepts into accessible, commercially relevant learning
  • Relevant qualification in Leadership & Management, ideally CMI‑accredited
  • Experience writing learning materials, academic content, or digital resources
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely, and engagingly for diverse professional audiences
  • Strong research skills and confidence using credible academic and industry sources
  • Comfortable working with structured templates and maintaining consistency across multiple pieces of content
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to work iteratively
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Passionate about shaping high‑quality professional development programmes
