CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE CUM MARKETING (MANDRIN SPEAKER)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and develop customer and subcontractor relationships
  • Arrange and coordinate shipments by sea, air or road based on shipping instructions by liaising with respective overseas offices and agents
  • Ensure all quotations directed to the team are responded to within the shortest possible time frame
  • Request and negotiate ad-hoc quotations from approval carrier, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure quality service at the best possible rate
  • Report to the Director if additional training is required for the team or individual team member
  • Provide day to day guidance to the team for all aspects of their work and company expectations
  • Monitoring overall performance of the team and identifying and implementing changes where necessary to achieve objectives

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Mandarin speaker is preferable as need to liaise with client from China
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Logistics management or equivalent
  • 1 years of working experience in freight forwarding / international logistics industry
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Experience in sea, air and land mode of transportation for the Oil & Gas industry will added advantage
