This role leads and develops the team responsible for merchandise plans, Open to Buy, and the corresponding pricing, inventory flow, and replenishment strategy. This leader also creates tools, reporting visibility, and process roadmaps to support top-down product strategies and financial plans, including sales, margin, and inventory. The Director of Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment on business objectives that drive results and optimize retail product performance.
