Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for inventory accuracy, stock checks, reconciliations, product moves and a various related task.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage locked bins.
2. Reconcile count groups
3. Perform stock check and product moves.
4. Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.
5. Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.
6. Check and reconcile all dock and Hot Spot inventory positions (level II).
7. Validate and reconcile all Pack ID inventory (level II).
8. Verification and correction in all variance reporting (level III).
9. Input inventory adjustments (level III).

Job Requirements
1. Must possess a friendly and helpful attitude.
2. Must possess strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work in a multi-tasking, professional environment.
4. Must pay close attention to details.
5. Must be quick to learn technology.
6. Ability to lift up to 75lbs continuously.
7. Must have a valid driver’s license.
8. Must be able to obtain fork-lift/picker license and operate those pieces of equipment.
9. Must have the ability to adapt with change.

Minimum Qualifications: Level I

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Qualifications: Level II
  • Minimum qualifications for Level I;
  • 2 years inventory control experience
Minimum Qualifications: Level III
  • Minimum qualifications for Level II;
  • 2-year business degree or 2 years relevant experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm
