IT Support Technician

<p>Washington State University is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the university’s IT team, providing technical support to faculty and staff in the day-to-day use of their computers and other technology. To be successful in this position, you must possess a passion for technology and a desire to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments. You should also have a strong customer service orientation and the ability to think creatively to solve technical problems.The ideal candidate for this position should have an associate degree in computer science, a minimum two years of experience in IT support, and advanced knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. Additionally, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
