You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across a wide spectrum of roles — including high-volume sales positions and specialised tech functions. This is a client-facing role: you will engage directly with hiring stakeholders, participate in screening conversations, and join client interview panels. The right candidate is a self-starter who can move fast without sacrificing quality, and who communicates with clarity and professionalism across all channels.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for high-volume sales and technical roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain engaged talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and creative outreach techniques</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct initial candidate screens via phone or video to assess culture fit, availability, and role alignment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent the recruitment function on client-facing calls and interviews, communicating professionally on behalf of the business</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with senior recruiters and internal teams to align sourcing strategies with role requirements and business priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track sourcing activity, outreach metrics, and pipeline health within the ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to job description development and candidate-facing messaging to attract the right talent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience from first touch through to handoff</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–2 years of hands-on sourcing or recruitment experience from within a recruitment agency (non-negotiable)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven sourcing capability across both sales and technology roles, ideally in a high-volume environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to hold client-facing conversations and participate in formal interviews</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously without loss of quality or attention to detail</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fully remote-ready with demonstrated experience working in distributed teams across US or UK time zones</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient with remote work tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS or CRM platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Applications from candidates without agency background or US/UK remote work experience will not be considered</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent communities for hard-to-fill or niche roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate nurture campaigns</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing automation tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable reporting on outreach rates, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Sales Navigator</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">ATS platform (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Google Workspace</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Slack, Zoom, and remote collaboration tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sourcing automation or outreach tools (e.g., Gem, Outreach, or similar) a plus</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Please NOTE</strong> It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
