<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Europastry USA is seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead and optimize transportation and distribution across our U.S. network, including operations in New York, New Jersey, and South Carolina. This role is critical in ensuring the reliable, cost-effective movement of frozen and fresh bakery products from our manufacturing plants to customers nationwide.</p><p>In addition to domestic logistics, this role will oversee the coordination and transit of international container shipments from Europastry facilities in Central Europe into the United States, ensuring seamless integration into the U.S. distribution network.</p><p>The Logistics Manager will drive service excellence, improve carrier performance, and enhance coordination between Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Plant Operations. This role will also play a key part in strengthening logistics processes as we continue scaling operations and expanding capacity.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Transportation & Distribution Management</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics for multiple plant locations (NJ, NY, SC), ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods, including inter-warehouse transfers.</li><li>Manage distribution of frozen bakery products, ensuring product integrity and temperature-controlled
