Position Summary
You will represent GSK in the Philippines as a Medical Representative. You will build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and share clear, evidence-based clinical information. You will plan and grow your territory, gather customer insights, and work closely with colleagues across functions. We value curiosity, reliability, and a drive to learn. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales and engagement objectives.
- Hold regular, professional visits and discussions with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Share clear, evidence-based clinical information during customer conversations.
- Capture and report customer insights and treatment patterns to inform local plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver practical solutions that create value for patients and customers.
- Keep accurate territory records and report activities using company systems.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in field sales, medical representation, or territory management.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to explain clinical information simply.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar tools.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Ability to interpret clinical studies and explain findings in simple terms.

Working arrangement
This role is on-site and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. You will spend most of your time visiting healthcare professionals and facilities.
