As Plant Manager, you will have full operational ownership of the Avon, OH manufacturing site, leading a mission‑critical operation through its next phase of performance, reliability, and cultural transformation. You will directly influence safety, cost, delivery, quality, and engagement outcomes while shaping the culture and future leadership pipeline of the site. As a Plant Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include <ul><li>Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team of 6 direct reports and 3 dotted-line leaders, building bench strength and accountability across the site. The site currently runs 24/5 with approx. 60 employees and is 32,00 SF.</li><li>Driving the deployment of GPS/Lean enterprise practices, embedding continuous improvement into daily operations.
