Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: Diploma
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Valid Aadhar card required
- Interest in electronics or technical work is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the assembly of electronic components on the production line
- Learning to use tools and fixtures for soldering, fitting, and testing
- Following detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workstation
- Reporting any defects or process issues to supervisors
- Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
Program Structure
- 12-month structured, paid on-the-job training
- 9 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break), 5 days a week
- Periodic assessments at 3 and 11 months to track progress
- Certificate issued jointly by the company and recognized authorities on successful completion
