Reddit Community & Advocacy Manager (Remote)

Do you know Reddit beyond just scrolling?

We're looking for someone who has actually built, managed, and grown Reddit communities for a brand or organization and can show measurable results.

  • Reddit community management experience required
  • Community engagement & brand reputation management
  • AMA planning and execution
  • Social listening & community growth
  • Analytics, reporting, and engagement strategy
  • Nonprofit, advocacy, membership-based, healthcare, education, or mission-driven experience strongly preferred

This is not a traditional social media role. We're seeking someone who understands Reddit's unique culture and knows how to engage authentically while representing a respected national organization.

If you've managed branded Reddit accounts, driven engagement, grown communities, and can speak to your accomplishments with data and results, I'd love to connect.
