In this role, you will play a crucial part in our Telehealth Clinic and Outpatient programs. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services, ensuring that appointments are scheduled seamlessly. With the fast-paced nature of telehealth, your organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth operational flow. You will support patients and providers by facilitating connections to telehealth services while managing critical documentation. - Accountabilities
- Be the friendly first point of contact for individuals, helping them schedule appointments and access telehealth services.
- Explain telemedicine services to individuals served, referral partners, medical offices, schools, and community agencies.
- Help individuals successfully connect to their telehealth appointments (tech support stars welcome!).
- Process and manage referrals, schedules, eligibility, consents, and documentation in our electronic health record.
- Coordinate care-related tasks such as lab requests, medical records, and required forms.
