Remote HR Assistant (Female Only) – Day Shift Job in Chennai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive female HR Assistant to support our remote HR operations. This is a work-from-home position ideal for women based in Chennai who are interested in recruitment, coordination, and HR documentation. Freshers with good communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, and employee queries
- Help organize virtual HR events and internal communications
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies
Qualifications and Requirements
- Female candidates residing in Chennai (WFH setup required)
- Graduate in any stream (HR/Management background preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
- Prior HR internship or admin experience is an advantage
