Sales Assistant (Batu Caves)

Job Descriptions:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product knowledge, and promoting items to meet sales goals.
  • Manage stock handling—including unloading, organizing, shelving, and restocking—while maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld through attractive displays, correct labeling, and eye-level product placement.
  • Operate the cash register accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and balance the cash drawer as needed.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization by tidying aisles, disposing of trash, and ensuring a hygienic and inviting shopping environment.
  • Perform daily checks of counter equipment and stock, promptly reporting any issues and preventing shortages.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willing to work at Batu Caves, Selangor.
