- Lead Management: Effectively manage and convert company-generated leads assigned daily.
- End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.
- Expert Consultation: Provide tailored solar solutions by understanding the specific energy needs of potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.
- Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.
- Collection Monitoring: Follow up on payment milestones, as commission payouts are tied to full collection (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion).
- Territory Coverage: Primarily focus on the Central region, with flexibility for regional leads as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or any related field is preferable.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to ensure effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Experience in Consultative Selling, including identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, displaying a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills essential for presenting solutions and building client relationships.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the solar energy or renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
