[SALES] HVAC Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

<p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Position Summary</strong>:</span></p> <p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Reporting to the Director of Business Development - HVAC, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for executing regional sales strategies and driving revenue growth across assigned U.S. territories. This role leads day-to-day sales execution within the region, ensuring alignment with national objectives while building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, manufacturer's representatives, and key regional customers across residential and commercial HVAC markets.</span></p> <p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">The Regional Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding TCL's HVAC footprint by managing channel relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent product knowledge and execution in the field. font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential and commercial HVAC segments, leveraging wholesale and distribution channels.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ensure ongoing product training and sales enablement for TCL sales personnel, manufacturer's reps, distributors, and sales outlets to support effective sell-in and sell-through.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Monitor, analyze, and interpret field sales data and reports to assess performance, identify trends, and inform action plans.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Serve as a key liaison between the field and corporate teams, providing regular feedback on market conditions, customer needs, competitive activity, and execution challenges.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualification/Requirements</strong>:</span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Minimum of 8-10 years of HVAC sales experience, including at least 5 years in regional, territory, or team leadership roles.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Proven experience selling HVAC products through wholesale distribution and manufacturer's representative channels.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC markets, customer dynamics, and go-to-market models.</span></li> <li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;
