Senior KOL Specialist - Timephoria MY

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Identify KPIs for campaigns and track performance to optimize ROI.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualization to reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms with influencers and agencies
  • Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging, on-brand content.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance our influencer strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders to guide future strategies
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably within beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
  3. Proven track record of managing KOL campaigns end-to-end (sourcing, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking)
  4. Strong network of local and regional influencers/KOLs (TikTok, Instagram is a plus)
  5. Deep understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital marketing landscape
  6. Experience working with beauty brands or agencies is highly preferred
  7. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with KOLs, agencies, or partner
  8. Creative thinker with a good eye for content direction and brand alignment
  9. Proficient in tools such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI driven, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
