About the role

Pepper Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Senior Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our strategic initiatives within the education and training industry. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our university management projects.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the execution of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and organisational objectives
• Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring effective project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate project activities, communicate progress, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Develop and implement robust project management methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency
• Monitor project performance, analyse data, and provide insightful reports to senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery
• Mentor and develop junior project executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or training industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
• Ability to think strategically, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strong focus on delivering results
• Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
