Work-from-Home Session-Based Tutor (Part-Time)

Full Time:
AM Shift: 5AM-2PMPM Shift: 2PM-11PM
Part time:
AM: 5AM-9AMPM: 4PM-8PM / 6PM-10PM / 7PM-11PM
Monthly Schedule Adjustments: Available with management approval
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and effective English lessons to Korean students.
- Deliver excellent customer service while guiding students in their language learning journey.
- Submit class documentation and evaluation reports to track student progress.
- Complete work-related tasks as assigned by managers and team leaders.
- College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply!
- Teaching experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to undergo training.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism.
Class Rates (Based on Tier Level)
Audio Classes (10–20 minutes):
Start from ₱20 per class at Tier 3,
go up to ₱60 per class at Tier 2,
and reach up to ₱80 per class at Tier 1.
Video Classes (20–30 minutes):
Start from ₱60 per class at Tier 3,
go up to ₱120 per class at Tier 2,
and reach up to ₱150 per class at Tier 1.
Hourly Rate Equivalent:
Earn between ₱120 to ₱300 per hour, depending on: class type (audio or video), your experience and performance, and current tier level.Incentives & Bonuses:
- Perfect Attendance Bonus – Up to ₱1,500/month
- Monthly QA Incentive – Up to ₱1,000/month

Tier-Based Rate Increases –Tutors are evaluated every 3 months for tier movement. Promotions are based on performance, attendance, and quality assurance scores.
- Tier 3 – Entry level
- Tier 2 – Mid level, for consistent and good-performing tutors
- Tier 1 – Top tier, for high performers with excellent QA results and attendance
- Computer: Desktop or Laptop (Windows 10 or above)
- CPU: Intel Core i3 (5th gen) / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 8GB RAM with at least 60GB free hard disk space
- Headset: With extended microphone and noise-canceling features
- Camera: HD webcam (minimum 720p resolution)
- Internet: Wired Fiber Optic connection (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
- LTE/WiFi connections are NOT allowed
- Workspace: Quiet, well-lit area with a plain white background
